A Minute For Moms | A Teen’s Cry

Newfoundland

Dear Mom,

A teenager’s cry: Who will love me just for me? Does anyone care? Can I ever be forgiven for being so dumb? Will I make it? Do I have what it takes to succeed in life? Dear sweet Mom, you and I have both been there … be compassionate with your child. We are “training” them – they are not there yet. It will take 18+ years to complete your assignment. Love them with no strings attached and see what God will do.

Lovingly ~ Mama

“Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance” I Corinthians 13: 4-7
